I find the 1275 with 3.9 diff a good compromise between speed and acceleration. The 3.7 would probably give more relaxed cruising but at the expence of acceleration, especially when loaded or towing the trailer. Like your set up and my diff is on the way out I'll try to find a 3.9 as I'm still runn...

Traveller Interior
I've removed the two glove boxes on my Traveller to replace the windscreen washer jets and heater hoses. On both sides coming down from the roof A Frame is a wire ( multi stranded cable ) Has anyone any idea what they are there for? My guess is they may tension the roof lining? Looking forward to so...

Thank you for your answer. That's exactly what I had to do. Plus I had to grind a proportion of the heater valve away as well. All fitted and looks great!

Has anyone fitted an aluminium rocker box cover? I spent ages fitting one from a well known Morris Minor supplier! I had to grind down the front and rear gasket flange as well as the rear of the cover as it fowled the heater water valve. I also had to grind the heater water valve before I could fit ...
