Re: Beginners question of the day.
Thank you for the welcome everyone. And thanks for the link for the paint and the information on the oil filter chaps.
Will be ordering the paint today and taking a trip to Halfords later.
Cheers.
Craig.

Of course. Didn't think of that. Maybe 12 hour shifts and a couple of beers is impairing my thought processes a tad!
Cheers.

Beginners question of the day.
Hello all. I know this is a bit of noob question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. :D As far as I know my 1967 Morris 1000 is completely standard. Among other things I am going to buy, one of them is a fan belt. Are the completely standard for the 1098 engine or do they vary depending on if you have ...

Re: Hello and engine number.
The picture of my car is at the top of this thread. Where can I find the official colour and paint code please?
I think it is Dove Grey. But I want to be sure.
I'd like to get some ordered in case of little scrapes and chips. It just says "Grey" on my logbook.
Thanks.

Re: Hello and engine number.
I have decided to leave the V5 details are they are. Not a big deal in the great scheme of things and as many of you have warned, I could be creating problems for myself. Possibly why the previous owner didn't bother either. Thank you all for the advice. Now I'm off out for a drive in my wonderful M...

Re: Hello and engine number.
I'll get it changed. I'd like it to be correct. After 30 odd years of it being wrongly listed, there's not a huge rush I suppose.

Hello and engine number.
Hello everyone. I've been a Morris Minor owner for about 4 weeks now. I'm loving every second of it! I was fortunate to have lots of paperwork with my car, and I'm working my way through previous owners and other bits and pieces. The car I have is a 1967 Morris Minor 1000 2 door saloon. His name is ...
