Thanks all
The car looks extremely tidy but it’s done only a couple of hundred miles in 12 months.
I think you’re right, a low loader is the sensible option .
Cheers

However, I am a little unsure if I can trust the car to make it without having issues? Question is, if I drive it back and I the cars needs to be towed back or at least towed to s...

NMP plates
Hi I see there is a NMP thread already but didn't want to hijack it. I went to see a car today, a convertible but I could only see the number on the small strip on the N/S bulk head and the obvious one on the O/S but I could not see the NMP plate anywhere, I am lead to believe they are on the NS sta...

Appraisal
Hi
Not sure if this is something people would do but is there anyone with good sound knowledge in the North Lincs/East Yorkshire area that would do me an appraisal on a car I'm interested in.
Please message me if you are interested.
Many thanks

Re: Seat to steering wheel dimension
No, no particular car, I think when its the right one you sort of know. there are 3 I like the look of at WRCC but when I sopke to Dan through the week he says his stock changes a lot, so what he has may not have been advertised yet? The car I looked at this morning looked great on the inside, not t...

Re: car viewing question
Thank you Monty, some good info there. I am going to try and call in on WRCC on Saturday if they're open so this will give me some comparisons on what people are saying when they mention good, excellent, honest, solid anon  The bonus at the moment is the car I have just seen is literally on my...

car viewing question
Hi all I have just been to have a look around a car- a 4 door saloon on a 63 plate. The only query I had was the engine had no reference any where with regards to the unleaded head fitted, there were lots of paperwork and bills including an engine change/overhaul around 10 years ago. Is there anyway...

Re: Seat to steering wheel dimension
Well, I fit. It is snug but I think a few small tweeks should make it better but as it stands it is perfectly usable and if while the weight keeps coming off it should only get easier. Other than that, a reversing camera and beepers strapped to my backside should do the trick for getting in :D cheer...

Re: Seat to steering wheel dimension
Thank you for all the replies and the added bonus of others learning something too. :) I guess going to see some cars will be beneficial but I would say its going to be tight and embarrassing  My current car driving position is set at 20" from seat back to bottom of wheel which is perfect...

Seat to steering wheel dimension
Hi all My first post so go easy. I am in the market for my first Moggie, I would prefer a saloon 2 dr or 4 dr or even a convertible if the price is right, I would prefer a car where all the work has been done because I don't want to turn it into a busmans holiday type ownership (I'm an engineer by d...
