It belonged to a fathers daughters boyfriend who was paying Β£5 a week for a garage and it never went in, instead he payed his girlfriends dad a fiver a week to store it at his, apparently a couple of months passed and he wasn't bothered about it, been sat there along time, its now awaiting the scrap...

Due to some recent salvage im curious as to prices for pickup parts, however im not sure of the year or engine size, I have ------- Pickup gearbox, bonnet, roof panel, front wings, and diff, the gearbox has been removed and is not seized, could anyone advise me on reasonable prices for these parts, ...

Spotted on Sunday nr Portsmouth while collecting slabs, 1969 , 2 door, reg amp 210h, mot expired in 2017, wonder what the owners might be doing with it, hopefully not left to rot, site wont let me use other photo of the front,πŸ˜‰

Thanks for the warning mark, I am hoping it is rear springs, but will measure and check front first, if its the front then I will be back here for step by step, fingers crossed its just rear as I'm 90% sure I can do that, anyway will be back mid week with update, thanks again you wise bunchπŸ™

Ok, is the info in the manual as to checking the torsion, if so will make sure that's correct first, otherwise I will wait till i get replacement set of springs, thanks for the thought.

If I swap left for right then I might as well swap 2/3 leafs from one side to other,it might sit more even until I get new quality ones, so other than rebush I will leave alone, thanks everyone.

Ok might rebush both anyway, but will look for another set of springs as I don't like that you can see the difference above the wheels, thanks for the advice, Darren.

Thanks everyone, excellent responses again, may attempt at weekend after a drive to burn some fuel, yes I am able to use voltmeter so no probs there, good advice to get spare gasket just in case, thanks again😎

Thanks guys, I have a gold speedo and that was the first thing I thought, however no luck, is removing the sender as simple as it looks and would I need a new gasket or can I use the old if good enough, thanks again.
