Thank you all again for all your inputs and advice am still having probs but working through all the suggestions and am absolutely peed off of keep having to keep jacking the car up getting wheels off just so I can crawl under the car.

Thank's Philthehill and it is the tag that juts out the end that holds the outer hand brake cable in place that I am trying to replicate I have made a set of Brackets that are of an heavier gauge. Well Thank you very much much appreciated and I use no gas and flux cored .08 wire and all your information will be put to good use over the next few day's I wish I had seen this coming while the bonnet was stripped to bare metal would have been a lot easier because it was off the car as well anyway...
