New headlight fitting

Hello I've replaced my headlights on my traveller. Not happy with how the circular rubber seal fits between the car body and headlight itself. I am a new member maybe the answer is obvious to someone. I'm thinking that I may need to apply more than the one seal of the same to make it fit flush, woul...

Re: Gearbox tail shaft seal

I did see that then compared it to the one on the gearbox and it looked different. I'll order that one now I know it'll be ok. I'm very rusty at the moment , it's been 30 years since I've messed around with cars. Picking things up quickly, thanks to people like you. On another note, i am a fairly ne...

Re: Gearbox tail shaft seal

Hello phil
That's good thankyou.
I've searched Esm, Charles Wares and Moss for a like for like but as I have not been able to find one is why I've asked the question.
Can you remember where you got yours from?

Gearbox tail shaft seal

I taken off my gearbox to clean and paint it.
There is a slight oil leak at the rear of the gearbox and wondered if the end bit could be replaced, I think it's called tail shaft seal but not sure.

Re: Rocker cover plate

Thanks Mike,
I have some of them self tapping screws, so I'll do that.
The hole remains filled so I may need to remove the rocker cover to prevent the bit in the hole dropping into the engine area.

Replacing the head lining in my traveller 1961

Hello,
I'm a recent Morris Traveller owner, loving it.!
I'm trying to find out some tips on how to remove and replace the above head lining.
As advised by my daughter, iv tried to Google it but with no success.
I'm hoping someone can direct me to a site that shows how to do it.
