Mine is somewhere in the middle too, a slight modification on the paint job :wink: and the interior colour but apart from that Rosie's standard. I got new screen rubbers all round, there are still leaks though I think I'll try the grease solution.

I'm one of those people: I tank along on the motorway in my Passat (which I do love to bits, 2.5 v6 tdi and effortless) but yes, as soon as I spot a Moggie I cruise along next to them grinning like a fool and waving.

We stripped the carpets out of mine and had a similar story, bad isn't it! Consequently I've spent the Easter holiday welding.

When I was 18 it was 400ish for me. 5 years on (it's not that long!!!) I've paid 114 for me and his lordship (27) both with licenses since 17 and no accidents/convictions in the last 5 years (although I got a ticket yesterday, bugga!)
