Re: Location of maroon traveller DPF 205J?

I was hoping it's sitting in someone's garage or garden gathering dust waiting to be restored.

Pick up exhaust

Is there any difference between the 2 or 3 part exhausts available for pick ups and vans?

Pick up seats

I've now decided to put Horrace all back to original so need some seats. For a pick up are they same as a van or saloon or neither please?

Re: Farewell.....

Id rather keep him for sub 10k. But actually much like you les I could use the space. The only thing that stops me is the sentimental attachment and the fact he's only appreciating..

Farewell.....

Well it's been a fantastic journey but I'm 75% convinced I should sell horrace my pick up.... I'll probably shed a tear but I barely use him now so it seems a waste to have him sitting in the garage gathering dust. I have no desperate desire for the money at the mo and it's probably better invested ...

Re: brake fade!

It's not the handbrake it's the pedal going soft.

Re: brake fade!

I think I may have misdescribed! It should be pedal fade! So what I mean is the pedal loses pressure. You can pump it up and the brakes work but come to use it again 5 mins later and the pedal requires pumping up again.

vacuum advance and rocker breather

Following on from my previous electronic ignition posts I now have the champion spark plugs in.... whilst leaning up the mixture I noticed if I remove the rocker breather which goes to the carb and blocked up the hole in the carb (with my finger) I could make the mixture more lean and it would still...
