Powerspark System

Hi Dean I think he was just planning to change it because it was almost easier to do than fidle around with it if you don't have all your tools to hand. I broke down a number of months ago with a steam/water passsig through the radiator overflow. Since then i have flushed the radiator 3 times, checked all pipe work and yesterday replaced the head gasket but the problem contiues. I have fitted a temp gauge and it sticks at 120 oC. Knocking noise

I\'m getting a loud knocking from the front pas area. I believe it to be a suspension knock. Only seems to make a noice when i drive over uneven roads, speed bumps at speed and pot holes. any advise welcome. (all suspension parts have new bushes).

I've just flushed out the radiator and ran the car at idle for 20 mins with no problems. Don't think its the h gasket as there are no bubbles and the hoses are not hard.
