Re: Lost clutch fluid!
Thanks Mark, Agee need t get underneath it! This is a common conversion - Ford 5 speed gear box - 1275 midget engine - I'm trying to work out where the clutch master cylinder is. Wasn't obvious and I couldnt see it - probably be easier when up on a jack. I'l get some pics anyway

Re: Battery discharging
Hi there, Yep Swine Flu seems to be under control - it's cucumbers we all have to be worried about!! Many thanks for all this - the battery holds it charge ok when not connected to the car. Certainly wouldn't help tightening up the fan-belt as there is a bit of give there - perhaps fitting a new one...

Car battery is new and has been checked - once charged it fine for a couple of days but then discharges whether or not the car has been driven. I...

Battery question
Had to charge up the battery a couple of days ago and car started perfectly. However just a few days later it seems to have lost some of it's charge and I couldn't start this morning. Not completely dead but does this indicate that the battery is ready for the scrap-yard.

PSL -Haven't really been anywhere - struggling still to find a new permanent job. Seems that once you've gone past 50 employment opportunities fade away!! Perhaps I should have spent more time trying to find a man/mechanic to keep me in the manor to which I've been accustomed!! (i.e. lying underneat...

Well the little red pick-up failed the MOT but only on rear breaks and handbreak - neither of which work!! Oh and worn rubber bushes on the rear shocks. Wonder if you might be able to help as I've got a couple of questions! The first - I checked Bull Motif for the rubber bush and it says I need 4 pe...
