Series ii oil pressure gauge connection
Has anyone ever connected an oil pressure gauge found in the dashboard as standard to a morris 1000 engine (instead of the 803) oil pressure switch? Would you get a full scale deflection when the switch is on?

esm just confirmed that the rubbers I have are incorrect They are sorting out some correct rubbers for me! hope for the best!!! thank you all for your replies!!

Does the rubber have a lip over the lens bezel or does the bezel clip into the metal holder?

Side lamps series 2
The attached pic shows my new side lamps kit purchased years ago from esm. My concern is that the rubber does not hold the glass lens in place firmly enough to withstand the driving shocks. your views on how to fix this please

Thank You All!! Now I'm onto manufacturing the centre pillar back plate cause I dont have my original one! Just found out that 2ba screws fit in the pillar. What was the original screw arrangement please?

And here it is! With a bit of convincing and good luck the rubber today wanted to sit nicely now the centre pillar is next! Wish me well

just had a visit from an experienced windscreen fitter and he is suspecting that the frame is not open enough to house the glass and rubber altogether. One solution is jacking up for some clearance ouch!!
