Re: New presenters on Top Gear

IMO, whatever they do to cars can only raise awareness of them, surely that’s good? Regarding Clark, Ham, May, I thought The Grand Tour got tired quite quickly, I’m looking forward to seeing the revamped series. Yes, you have a point but I thought The Grand Tour was always good, I'm on Drivetribe, ...

Agreed, although what does everyone think about the Morris Marina Saga, regardless of what they did it was still hilarious!

Re: Morris Minor Campervan?

I thought about it like a van with side and back windows and furniture (bed, curtains, possibly microwave) would be in the rear load bay, I wouldn't actually alter the structure unless I had to.

I passed in a newly introduced Austin Metro, which actually cut out at the traffic lights and took a while to restart.

Well....possibly Phil, though you can't be sure it isn't some kind of weird cocktail :D Some people have 'unusual' tastes - why only the other day I heard of a friend of a friend who likes to eat their pasty with a spoon..........in a bowl of milk :o I kid you not! At risk of losing my dignity, I o...

Re: New presenters on Top Gear

I thought that the last series of TG was the best since Clarkson and co were at their best. As for smashing stuff up at the cost of the licence payer, I can’t think what else I can get for 43p a day that gives me a laugh. Yes it’s silly, but sometimes that’s what you need in this crazy world that w...

Re: Modern Morris Minor ?

There are loads of things that create pollution and use up resources. I cannot claim to know whether climate change is caused by greenhouse gases (There have been greater changes long before there was industrialisation) but like anything else, resources take far less time to consume (Destroy) than ...

Re: 1970 Trafalgar Blue Traveller BYT 130H

Hi Wickham,

The best place to post this is in the category "Do you know?", it's all about tracking down vehicles if you post this there you will probably get an answer.

Yours,

Re: New presenters on Top Gear

Personally I like the new three but I do agree that Clarkson, Hammond and May were much better, I watch them on Amazon Prime and I'm a member on Drivetribe, yes they did do some stupid thing but they were the main people who made sure I ended up being a petrolhead.

Morris Minor Campervan?

Hi all,

I had this idea, just curious, could you build a campervan out of a van, I might make some blueprints if I get the measurements for it.

It's not that bad in New York, I have a friend from New Jersey who says the dangerous place is
Tennessee, but I can't confirm.
