Morris Minor Badge colors

What i am asking what is the best paint to use and if there was a correct color. Like rose red & royal blue & type of paint - like epoxy or special type/brand. I am curious because mine has faded out the colors in the emblem. Most of the paint is gone. Do you have to scratch the surface for ...

Re: TIM Tach Light

No warranty!

I bought it on EBay and it had the light bad.
One wire was off the bulb. They said they did not have bulbs.
So replaced the wholeunit.

Re: TIM Tach Light

No Charge I guess you can not ask for better service then that in my book. So i thought i would pass the word on to any one in the group ...

TIM Tach Light

Does any one know of a source for a replacement light for the TIM014 -52mm tach. The tach works great - the light just does not work.

Thank You - Cheers.

Spring Clips

Does any one know of a source for spring clips? I am looking for the clips that hold the center Motif in the older steering wheel. I believe there were 3 used originally. If you have extras or know where I can buy some please let me know.

Thanks for your help –

Thats for bringing it to my attention. i missed it when i looked at the diagram last time. Barry's diagram is for the newer model with the stabilizer. I would rather some one with a 1960 confirm where their wire is connected. I am at the point where i may just not hook up the heater. I only used it ...

Mike, I think may be why i had no sense of humor when i got PSL184's post. This has been a total nightmare. It is hard to tell what people were thinking some times. The prior owner would run a wire. Not finish what he was doing so he would tuck the wires under the dash. Next time run new wires or go...

That would be great if you could take the time to look at your car. That would tell me for sure where to hook my wire for the heater. I might even sleep better at night. lol I pulled out a mile of wire that the old owner had put in place. Some of it went no where. At least he did tape the end of mos...

Plate 44 shows - that 18-26 goes to the green on the stabiliser- The other poll goes to the gas gage/sending unit. So yes - you are correct - it is piggy-backed off the feed to the stabiliser. Then goes to A4 - Sorry i put A1 last time by mistake. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Vigil It c...

I did not mean the wire was getting hot - i meant hot as in power. That is just what i am trying to avoid. Melting wires I looked at the 'sticky' diagram. - I did not see a heater connection listed. I have not really studied the diagrams till recently. At this point i can almost tell you the color &...

PSL184, I thought it was pretty clear from the heading. "hot wire to heater". Then asking about the wiring diagram. Sorry you did not understand. There was no reason for your rude reply. I even said thanks for the reply you made. I guess i could make a rude comment to about your ability to...

None of them indicate the location of any of the heater wires. I am hoping some one has a 1960 and can tell me where there heate...
