Hi all,I need a rear nearside door glass runner for my `52 MM.It`s the bit that fits on the bottom of the glass,the metal part for the winder to run in.Does that make sense?

Thanks for that.Just one question,,,,,is the glass fitted from the ouside or in and did you use any lube?That`s two questions but still,any help is very much appreciated.My rubber came from Bull Motif(eventually) and I am still very wary of fitting the glass.

Mmm,just read a post from Kennat who seems to have fitted his screen in a different way!
He put the rubber in the frame first and then the glass.Has anyone tried this way?
I am still feeling nervous about tying it at all!

Mmm,I run classic bikes as well and can assure you that this problem is rife.We appreciate the fact that they take the trouble to make the parts but why not make them properly!It`s just as easy to make correct bits as incorrect.Why does this happen? It must be the responsibility of the seller to mak...

Annie,I have returned the rubber to the suplier,with photo`s showing the 1 1/2 gap where the glass is supposed to meet.
I await their reply.

Just got one from a dealer but it is too large and the `seam` is off centre.I am contacting them tomorrow to see what they say.When the glass is fitted on the bench there is a gap of approx 1 1/2 inches where the two screens are ...

Looks like the two stroke option will be best.My car is not back on the road yet after a thirty year lay up!I do have some concerns about the petrol quality.I will give that a try.
