I should have spares of both. How many do I need to search for, just a pair for Harry or do you need one/some too Rob?

Well done that man! :D We had several attempts over the 20+ years that it was "resting" with us but never got far and just gave it another soaking and put it back in the shed!! At least with the head off now you can strip it from the bottom up and knock the pistons out one at a time if nee...

Re: Front brake Cylinders for MM

Unless you are very strict on originallity for your car, such as a concours entrant etc, then just fit later Series 2 or early (948cc) 7" Minor 1000 backplates to your existing suspension arm and you can run later brakes with the same suspension and hubs/drums and therefore wheels. Only those l...

There were some other quite interesting parts such as this engine and gearbox out of what I'm unsure, but the clutch pressure plate looks like a 1098 Minor one![frame] http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1459978549_2922 [/frame][frame] http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1459978563_2922 [/frame][frame...

Not strictly a scrapyard.......

It was actually the beach at Lyme Regis a few weeks ago! There was quite a bit of car related debris about from what used to be a dump at the top of the cliff that has since found its way down to the beach due to a landslide. Among the various bits were these Minor parts :D[frame] http://mmoc.org.uk...

All factory original "high cut" rear wings didn't have the strip around the bottom edge if that helps?

Any boot lid before self propping types will fit. Early boot lid badges are different Not so Mike. Lowlight lids are different being flat where the catch assembly mounts whereas all later boots are raised in that area. The early lids such as these also had different hole centres for the hinges
