Hi All, My speedo needle has been giving me problems by oscillating and under reading. After investigation at the gearbox end I find that the speedo gear on the third motion shaft can quite easily be turned by finger through the speedo pinion hole in the side of the box. I found with my trav that all the wear was in the clutch pedal shaft itself,and not the bushes.

Better to replace the shaft as well as the bushes,not forgetting the brake pedal bush.

Where it's believed

The Saab 9000 front seats will tilt forward by winding the backrest forward.

Not ideal but quite usable,a good upgrade.
