Re: Why cant this spam be stopped

Posted on Cam's new thread re authentication:

Is the authentication process something that can be carried out by the Club's paid admin officials or, indeed, pay an interested person to do so? It would seem a good investment for the MMOC money

Re: Pickup restoration part three

re brakes. In the long term spend the money on front discs especiall if doing low miles, nearly maintenance free, MOT pass every time :D

NB my experience, comment NOT designed for a disc v drum discussion, that's been done and dusted!

I really think, at this stage, the club should pay a body shop to carry out body repairs and spraying.

Re: An appeal for tolerance

Interesting thread! Whilst the moderators do an excellent job I do feel that a short light-hearted comment from one of the moderators, if they can see a post is too confrontational, would calm things down. I don't want to see the mods having to justify their actions on-line, if a poster has really g...

Thanks all for replies :D

I can just about handle a multi meter :( and will carry out the tests as per Graham 1957. Are these recommended figure or what you think they may be? Presumably this will prove whether or not I have a good earth connection on the roof?

Radio aerial booster

I have a roof-mounted radio aerial on my Traveller which doesn't give very good reception on either AM or FM.

Has anyone fitted an aerial booster and had much better reception or any other advice to enable better radio reception?
