When I buy a new or rebuild military engine, what I have to do to build this one in my MM?
It looks like I can buy 2, a brand new, and a rebuild one.
I do not have any pictures from the engine(s)

It could be both, sometimes imitation products are using the same name, and sometimes, there is a production failure. Production failures can happen everywhere, so why not with Lucas products? In that case I have a USHM3 spare cylinder head.
