An 1951 MM LHD, stripped, with a minimum on rust
The biggest problem is not the rust, but the damage from the car. Some repairs by people, who had only started with the first lesson in welding. http://home.vodafonevast.nl/teake/05%20rechts%20voor.jpg A lot of filler, sometimes 10 mm or more, and still some small holes behind it. I started first wi...

difference between military engine, and MM sidevalve engine
When I buy a new or rebuild military engine, what I have to do to build this one in my MM?
It looks like I can buy 2, a brand new, and a rebuild one.
I do not have any pictures from the engine(s)

Re: Distributor Caps
It could be both, sometimes imitation products are using the same name, and sometimes, there is a production failure. Production failures can happen everywhere, so why not with Lucas products? I should say, send the faulty items (with box) to the factory, and ask what is happened. In most of the tim...

Re: Which engine is this??
In that case I have a USHM3 spare cylinder head.
When my engine is running again, it can go on the market.

Re: Which engine is this??
What is the difference between the "USHM2" and the "USHM3" cylinder head? I have a spare head, but also a not running complete engine. This cylinder head is a little bit different as the one on the picture. They told me he has an internal water leak, when I find a complete one, I...

Re: WANTED - S/V Exhaust Gaskets
When nothing helps: Look for a local waterjet cutting table, and make a drawing in dxf format from the old one. I know Forbo flooring has a table somewhere in the UK, but there are more places. When it keeps a problem, at my company we have also 2 waterjet cutting tables, so I can make a batch from ...

Hello,
In NL, I have some spareparts for a sidevalve, at least a flywheel.
