Re: oil pressure problem or not?
Where do you mount the cooler? I have seem them on several cars. They hang them to the side of the radiator or flat under the car. None of the locations seemed to get real air flow. will one fit in the grill before the radiator? It looks like a 10 row might. How do you mount it from the sides, botto...

Re: oil pressure problem or not?
I was afraid that was the case . I just got the motor back in.
I think i will give it a little while before attacking the oil punp.
I want to get the rings to seat before pulling the motor again.
Thanks again for all of your replys.

Morris Minor Postal Van trafficators
I aquired a Morris Minor Postal Van that looks like it originally had trafficators installed. After looking at most Vans i do not see trafficators. Were these an option on the postal van? Or did some one pull off the blanking plates for some reason and never replace them. If there were trafficators ...

Charlie,
Do you have any pictures of the finished product?
I would also be interested in some pictures of the outside of the car.

Re: Locking fuel cap
is that Wilmot Breeden - 26090 ?
It is kind of hard to read - probably because of my eyes.
Being an old guy i find things seem to always be harder to do these days.

Re: chrome locking vented petrol cap
I reposted it here because it was not really body work.
I figured this was a better fit for the question.
OTHER - because i do not consider it part of the body.
More of an extra like a mirror of badge.

chrome locking vented petrol cap
Members, Does anyone own a chrome locking vented petrol cap that does not require an adapter ring? I am looking for one for my 1960 Morris Minor Tourer & a 1960 Morris Minor Van A friend told me he thought that the Van takes a different petrol cap then the Tourer. Is this true? I just bought a V...

Trafficator wires
Where does the wires run for the traFficators? Under the car, under the rug, come back from the rear or some where else? I have been asked this question several times from different people here in the USA.. My car does not have trafficators so i have no idea of the correct answer. So out of curiosit...

Re: 2 speed wipers Push-Pull Type switch
My car developed some problems so i have not done much on the wipers. My car now has the motor out for a rebuild. I did check the polls to see what was active. Holding the poll labeled 51 pointed down - The first position pulled out - The one on the right marked A to the right is active or on. The o...

Re: 2 speed wipers Push-Pull Type switch
Mike,
My friend is coming into town this week end to see his mom who lives near me.
So i will have the light switct then. Let me know what you find out.
It sounds possible to split the two - now we have to see if it can be done with out distroying the switch.

Re: 2 speed wipers Push-Pull Type switch
Neil, I started thinking about the light switch. Are you sure the switch would work? When you pull the switch to the first position it turns on the running lights. When you pull it to the second position it turns on the head lights - But there is still power to the running light because they stay on...

Re: 2 speed wipers Push-Pull Type switch
I was thinking of using the light switch when i first started this project.
I was hoping some one was one step ahead of me and had tried it.
It is good to hear that works with the 2-speed wipers.
Thank You to every one for there replies.
You have made my project much easier.
