well bryan did say for a modern
all right on my mini cooper

dont bother to have another welded on they are also horrid mud traps

is it a tapered thread like the temp fitting in the head

stainless steel systems are renowned for poor fitting exiting from the engine bay floor

the only thing I would add after fitting a new wiring loom in a van is to keep the wires from the the speedo lights and any other bulb connections from the speedo, leave enough wire to resolder to the new loom this is because the bulb holders on the new looms are very poor and fitting the light bulb...

and theres still poverty in lots of areas
things have not changed that much for a lot of folk

I bought my orange colour charger in the 70`s and still going strong

be wary of Halfords batteries
I had one and it only lasted one winter
they did give me another in exchange but no warrenty on the replacement
I bought a better one from autoparts
you may have one near to you

yes I do tend to agree and the choice I had to make
especially as they are not the cheap run arounds any more
I have been more than happy with my modern mini and the price less than a very good saloon
