Re: Uxbridge minor (be a samaritan)

Hi Laura it might be worthwhile contacting the local Runnymead branch as they may know someone local to undertake the repairs at a fair price.
Runnymead Branch meets at ROAB socail club, 136 Church Road, Addlestone, Surrey. second monday of each month at 8pm.

Re: Servo assisted brake conversion.

Diesel engines use vacuum pumps - I guess you could fit one of these ? Can't imagine that would be cheaper then one of these. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Classic-Mini-Performance-inlet-manifold-/120658343670?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c17cc36f6 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/classic-mini-s...

Re: Black stains on woodwork

I know it sounds obvious Don but use fresh Lemon Juice and not the bottled or squirty stuff for pancakes. Surely the club would be better holding its hands up and saying that it doesn't exist instead of making out that they cater for Customise-rs. I sometimes wonder if they are trying to convince themselves. Each register is run by volunteers with the required enthusiasm and knowledge in the case of th...
