My van has gone to the body shop today to have two new front wings fitted and a bit of welding done and the rest of the van re sprayed. Hopefully it will look better than it does now.

I think the not the nine o clock news sketch was with Mel Smith and he's thought he's put £5 in and jumps by 1/2 pence and he's driving a mk1 Escort. It was quite a few years ago.

I finally got my van back yesterday six months to the day I took it to the restorer. At some point im going to have the front re sprayed as the welding been done as all the structural work been done. The rest will get done over winter.

cookie6 in case you did not get my private message about my van colour its teal blue some have said its not but my uncle had a Trafalgar blue saloon and that was darker.

My 1971 van is having new rear inner and outer wheel arches done and also the arches that go over the rear wheels inside the back. I spoke to the classic car restorer who has my van and he has at last got the panels to finish my van. Keeping every crossed I can get back to using my van as I want to sell my dads car as it now has new MOT.
