frosts do the 'best' alternative, on the advice of woodies - it's a calking strip and comes in pack big enough to do a traveller. it's about £25 if my memory serves.

I believe that suitable Flywheels are available from.esm.

thanks for the advice so far. I think what i'll do, then, is use the roller as a tilter instead and jack it up nicely to 30* or something and see how it goes.
