frosts do the 'best' alternative, on the advice of woodies - it's a calking strip and comes in pack big enough to do a traveller. it's about £25 if my memory serves.

thanks for the advice so far. I think what i'll do, then, is use the roller as a tilter instead and jack it up nicely to 30* or something and see how it goes. Just a coupe of sills on the underneath really. The back is now off and needs pretty much entirely replacing. this one's a mixture of whites,...

mechanically, the car is great and comes with a lot of service history including recent replacement of much of the braking system. this isnt going to be a full rebuild, just a 'get it on the road' job now he''s 17, so i'm trying to avoid touching anything which isnt essential tbh. wrt rolling causin...
