The Northern Ireland Branch have been discussing welding bonnets together, but were all to big to fit in!!! Also the logistics of getting them accross the water..... Anyway should be good fun. The main thing is not to take it to serious. I ended up Morris Dancing last year as part of the interbranch...

Pretty much standard to have a key lock on the passenger side of a two door but very rare to have on a four door or van, even if the vehicle went for export!!

Really good idea to promote the club. A few years ago there was a postcard available that had a pic of a van and all the contact details for the main club, but I havent seen one of them for a while. It would be a good idea to send about 5 of these to each member to place on cars the see around day t...

Definately drive the minor there, a good service before you go and full AA cover. I can highly recommend AA as they have got me home or going on a few occasions. Always carry a good spares kit too!! Petrol pump, points and plugs and full set of hoses. :)

Prices in Northern Ireland are also up, around £1.03 per litre. I managed to squeeze £26.52 into the tank, most expensive Minor fill up ever!! :o :o

I think there should be 2 on each side window, one at the top of the b-post on the inside and another one still inside were the rubber meets the window frame at the bottom of the side window!

For me working on the cars is just a necessary!! Its hard to beat being out driving them and then meeting and talking to all sorts of people at the rallies and shows. Its not the same going to events without your own Minor. Even on club nights someone has to turn up in a Minor :D

Frost intergrips

Im about to repair the rear edge of the front wing on my lowlight and Ive been looking for some of the Frost grips, but there out of stock :(

Does any one know of an alternative supplier or have seen them in shops? They are a great tool and a really good finish can be achieved with them.
