Well, I'm sorry to hear about the 'crunch' Chrissie, but I'm not surprised about them not leaving a note. Happened to me a fair few times when parking in patrolled CCTV camera'd university car parks. When I went to get a look at the CCTV tape it was either not working, no tape in or the camera was ...

Hey thanks for the responses. I must get the photos of my engine to Cam to see if it has been replaced with an earlier one. Hi I hear there are two methods of fitting heaters on 1952 models. I am getting mind boggled at differing opinions as to which is the most effective way of doing it and how much it should cost. Gold coloured heater [matches dashboard] is being supplied. Need to find a rheostat tho'. There is current...

Re: Wiper motor brushes

I had a wiper motor pack up today. ---- It works very well - plenty of force and runs the wipers on a dry screen. It used to struggle on a wet screeen, but now we know why. Oh heck, I wonder if this is on the menu 4 my Mog  1952 Split screen, clap hands wipers. Driver's side works reasonably o...

Fuel

Ooops am I missing something? Is it ok to use unleaded + additive then leaded at other times? I'm really enjoying getting to know my 1952 Series MM side valved monster. Oh the bakelite... Minor Medics [Buckinghamshire] have been superb and seem to enjoy my 'Monster'. Great website and club. I must a...

I'm a member as of this week when 'MONSTER' 1952 Series MM arrived.

Good to be 'on board' and looking forward to being involved in the club.
