Fitted the starter dog with no problem
However, I would need to be Popeye to spin this 1275 over

I will try and clean up the area and have another look
I’ve only removed the rad so access is a bit limited

Starter trick has always worked for me, you need to leave an inch or two clearance so the starter can get some momentum into the engine and thus give the bolt a good whack. I’ve been messing about trying to get the bolt out of mine to fit a starter dog and eventually tried the starter method. It’s ...
