They are all over ebay for about £6 + P&P, just search for item number '7964764698' thats the 1 I have purchased. It cost me £7.75 inc. P&P. I'm going to fit mine between the POS (earth still ;) ) and the starter solenoid to isolate the whole car! No more flat batteries and nobody but me can...

Your firing order is 1 3 4 2, just move the lead for plug 1 to where the rotor arm is pointing and then is the 1 3 4 2 sequence round the cap. The rotor arm travels anti-clockwise if my memory serves me correctly. If, while still on TDC, you then set the dizzy so that points just spark and nip it up...
