what number is cast into the cylinder head.

the engine is painted in red where do i find cast no,sorry for delay in replying

i bought a spare engine 3 years ago which i am now getting rid of,condition internally unknown.
before it goes are there any bit/nuts /bolts,dynamo,carb etc worth removing that i may well regret binning

what wood was used for the header rail and rear finisher
was it ash as per traveller or a hard wood
thinking of making my own with original as a pattern?
