Optical illusion?
I measure ( on my screen ) 175mm at the rear and 179mm at the front.... Tracking out.
But having said that, the front wheels should definitely track in by 3/32" ( 2.5mm ) in real life.

Re: Front and Rear Damper Oil Change
wt is weight. " Oil weight is a term used to describe the viscosity of an oil, which means how well it flows at a specific temperature. The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) assigns a viscosity number, or weight, to oil based on its flow at 210 degrees F, which is roughly the standard opera...

Re: Timing chain replacement
The way I've always found an accurate TDC is with a protractor and a dial gauge, measure the angle either side of TDC where the piston has dropped something like 3mm and the mean of the 2 is TDC. If you are building a std engine the timing is always a bit of a compromise, get the timing dots on the...

LED , the very word rings bells...is the polarity correct?
Have you tested them across a 12v supply?

Just thinking out loud , could you run the engine with citric acid as coolant, will circulate it and bring it up to temperature...maybe the only downside is that the radiator fins might not like it ?

What does this " kill switch do? Remove the 12V from the coil ? disconnect the points?
Could be a clue...
