You'll be better looking at a 2 door or Traveller as they have wider door appatures than the 4 door or LCV's.

I've added them as a safety precaution to stop the + and - crossing over during operation. If your wiring is up to scratch and you use good quality normally open microswitches you shouldn't need them.

You don't need any relays for power windows. Both the grill and wheels should be 'Old English White'. If you want to do them with aerosols, get down to your local motor factor and ask them for 'Rover Arum White', it's a very close match.

The cooling system is pretty much 5 litres (8 3/4 pints). Anitfreeze should be 50/50 mix so 2.5 litres will do you but make sure it's good quality antifreeze and summer coolant.

Many years ago my mini had 3 spots on the front, the outer 2 were wired independantly of the head lights so if spotted by an officer of the law I could get off down the dark country lanes with no tail lights to follow.
