My milometer seems to have seized, it wil go up, up goes down very slowly. And someone has converted it very stupidily to kilometers, so my kilometermeter only goes as far as 90 kph, and lisa does want to go faster. I daren't maybe i'll break it, Can anyone help me fix it? Maybe the first is only up...

I don't think anyone's laughing - I'd say that wasn't to bad for fans of an old car that wasn't built in your country...
It's only jealousy , percentage wise it's probably the same
We have around 590 members in The Netherlands, and 29 users at the moment that's 5%

I am only 20 years young, my elisabeth is 49 years, but she still feels young though... And shouldn't we, the youngsters, appreciate and preserve the heritage, as we are the future preserving the past! And I don't like the words alternative and retro either, I just don't like modern rubbish cars mad...

My Elisabeth was an original Home RHD model, and most likely to be black originally as she has the complementary red interoir, wich is still part original, Sadly I can't check out any detalis on the car, as she 's currentle undergoing her birthdaypresent. All my transportation relies on a 1964 Union...

All right then, so I've got the original late series II dash, with a series 3 steeringwheel (which comes with an indicatorstick) My gearstick is different too, due to the 1098 engine and gearbox

I'll keep em, if only for safety reasons, I live in the city, lots of buses and so on, my car is right hand drive, so that can be difficult, especially when overtaking, so at least the people will see my indictors and see that I'm overtaking by pure guess..........

I can't find the original chassisnumber, as my chassisplate is missing, so only 404700 is what i can see. Are there any other places to check this number? My car was restored some years ago, not by me though, so I can't check the paint

Thank you, but still, that's a whole year minus a few months because she was registered 10-02-1956.
