All looks very well thought-out. Is it going to run carbs or EFI? I think it would look (and sound) great with twin webers!

Question: have a look at the first two pics of the green splitty at the flitch extention panels. These are original to the car but I have never seen this type before. Normally there would be a swage line in this panel, whereas these are just split and spot welded. You can just make out this feature on pic one just above the black cam cover. Comments welcome

Those throttle bodies do look very nice, especially with the ram pipes. Very classic-looking actually! I'm still a fan of carbs though

The ram pipes will be fully radiused 40mm ones rather than these, that way we can fit the airbox and induction system. Carbs look fine but need constant tinkering where as the throttle bodies give more torque and tunability. Allied to a set of fast road cams and aftermarket Ecu's these motors can achieve nearly 200bhp.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

Shame we cant have full details.
Its not like you're competing with any other companies doing zetec conversions and more technical details (such as remote thermostat?, body mods, etc..) would be great.
Could you add me to the PM if you start sending them out, its more personal interest than business but I'm a nosey fecker like that.

What would Macgyver do..?
I'm also a nosey so and so. I got the pm with Zetec details. I'll ask Jonathon if I may. Can the RS2000 back axle cope with the torque of a supercharged and/or 200bhp Zetec or must one use a different axle and if so which one? I have a goal of something like that power output from my Fiat engine one day, also via a supercharger so would be interested in that info.
Also, could you PM me the price of the 200bhp Zetec, box and chassis mod? Might be cheaper and easier to sell one engine and buy another...
