Not sure if answering this complies with the forum rules so I will let you look up tel numbers yourself, but try ringing Motorsave in High St, Wootton Bassett, Camberley Auto Factors, Hawley Trading Estate or go over to see Bull Motif. Also ring the breakers at Twigworth, Glos who might have one on the shelf and Harry Bucklands at Cheltenham. If you go to the Wheel Nuts rally at Stroud on Sunday May 11th you might pick a dynamo up if you ask about. I suggest you also try contacting the friendly Wiltshire branch. If its a dynamo have you checked your brushes? Has you Minor just been converted to -ve earth? - the field winding might need a zap to remagnetise it.

Hi Al no problem with posters quoting places from where to get parts from.
Cheers

Bull Motif are about 30 miles from Swindon, near Evesham.

Charlie Ware is in Brizzle, probabyl further than Evesham, & not as easy to get to-I know, I live about 5 miles from them. The ring road will be wedged on a Sat.

Haven't got a spare I'm afraid, otherwise I would be able to help.

cheers,
Neil
