Realistically I don't think I'm going to get my grey saloon done in time for the MOT-UK so it looks like I'll be taking the other one but my dad will be following behind in his modern... :cry:

Although the campsite will probably be fully booked by now (there are quite a few of us taking part :lol: ), if you can find other accomodation nearby you would be more than welcome.

My series II has just had a good test going to the MOT in France and back without any problems, so hopefully should be fine going from York to the lakes although it will be pulling a folding camper.

I've done 3,5k miles in my latest acquisition, so I think I'll have no trouble getting up the hills in the lake district :)
