morris minor saloon can it be saved or not you decide

Post by morrisfan »

Found this about 15 years ago i thought over the bank holiday i would go back and se if it was still there and it was!! i was rather inspired by the morris pick up rebuild on the forum but the big question is can it be saved and see the road again???? or should it rust in peace

It would probably fall apart getting it out of the ground I guess. We can only assume what the underside would be like... :)

I don't think this would be very easy, seeing that the complete B post is missing ( as well as the A and C post)

Take it a bunch of flowers, I think it looks quite peaceful.

Bunch of Lightweights!

I've got MOT's on rougher looking cars.

Get a spade and dig it out. You might be lucky, Tony Robinson is always finding things preserved by being buried in the ground. :) ;)

Mine is a complete car and I'm replacing at least 40% of the metalwork and it's already taken 2 years. This one would take a little longer!!!
