Re: Spotted today.
The picture you're trying to post is probably too large. Try resizing it on your pc and then posting again.

He says:
actually, there were 6 Series ‘MM’ Minors there to my knowledge. Although the caption says 5 x Lowlights, I am only aware of the 4 shown. Was there another and, if so, where was it?
These included the three 2 door saloons from our Branch: Frank’s 1948, my 1950 and Mick’s 1952 (shown together - and in date order!).
The others shown are a 1950 Convertible: a 2 door saloon, (date 1950?): and a 1952 Convertible (no picture).
Of these, three are fitted with the Alta Conversion: Mine and the two Convertibles. (Incidentally, the 1952 version is also supercharged!).

Re: Spotted today.
The 5th Low-light - after looking through all the photos I took, the 5th one was a relocated MYX 30. Very sorry, doesn't help when cars enter the cavalcade and then park up elsewhere!
Apart from Mike Perry's Series MM High-light, I've got a picture of another one (zoomed up from a large field shot and pasted as a cut image[frame][/frame]
So, Graham Holt is correct - 4 x Low-light and 2 x high-light. There would have been 3 high-lights had I managed to get the brakes bled on my '51 short bonnet 2-door saloon with 918 side-valve engine (see signature pic).

Re: Spotted today.
My '51 highlight, short bonnet tourer in Thames blue, car number SMM 108352, would also have had a first outing, ..... if I had managed to finish overhauling the brakes. The Morris may be for sale later this year, as I now have a Corvette too, which demands my time, and money! I want to enjoy it before I cannot get in and out of it!
