Nice one Rob. Just a word to the wise. Unless you get the parents cosent in haveing there children photographed and then put onto the open web you might find yourself in a little hot water.
I don't have a problem with it but you will be supprised at how many others will.

You didn't need to remove the text, it was a nice story and there wasn't anything personally identifying the kids.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

Legally, if it's a public event then there is no issue with photographing anyone, although many of the police would like there to be, and often behave as though there is.

As said, in a public place you can take photos of anything or anyone without any permission. In a private place you need the owners permission (the school) but that's it. Photography rights and ethics is a very, very grey area but if you stick to the rule that it's a public place then you can then you'll be fine.Pyoor_Kate wrote:Legally, if it's a public event then there is no issue with photographing anyone, although many of the police would like there to be, and often behave as though there is.

Re: Take your Mog to school day.
Sorry Rob. I hang my head in shame. You have spoilt your great looking photo's.
My intentions in sending you a reply to your post was to just warn people that out there there are bad people who could use photo's to their sick ends and to the responce of some of the parents that are too protective.
Again SORRY...

Hey! No problem. You were absolutely right so I thought it best to delete them, only to then realise that there was nothing on the thread to indicate what the whole thing was about. Once I'd 'deleted' the kids I kept on playing with the 'paintbrush' feature of the computer. Good fun![frame][/frame]
