Is there anyone that have painted their car in the color Azur Blue?? I gonna send thecar to the painter next weekend, have some problems to find the paint code. My car is a 1953 van and had Azure Blue as the original color. I'm going to the 60 th. ann in August. And i hope to get the car done to then.
So if anyone has a Standox code that is as close as possible to the original color i would be very happy.
Paint question!

Re: Paint question!
Hi!
Yes i know. But i need Standox code. I know they have a Azure Blue thats called RAL 5009. But it's not the same color. There are so many different Azure Blue colors. So it's hard to find the right one. So i tought maybe someone had painted their cars with a Standox color that i as close to the original.

Re: Paint question!
I think Brian Lee at LCV register has some paint swatches - have you tried him? It may be a case of having a sample put under the 'scope to get an exact match??? I presume that you are quoting a trade name and that they do mix their own colours and not just have a set range? ICI, for instance have about 42000 options.
Good luck! Dave
