This e-Petition doesn't look like any of the official Government site petitions that are reviewed when they reach Tens/Hundreds of thousands petitioners (if you are lucky).
It also does not look like a "secure" site. beware of using it - I'll have to do some research to find out more about this.
Please also note that example respondents have not taken the time to construct their responses properly, nor even bothered to check Grammar and Spelling - never goes down too well when complaining/campaigning.
