Hi everyone
I have a very dear Auntie who is turning 80 at the end of this month and her only birthday present request is to have a childhood dream finally fulfilled which is to be driven around some country lanes in a dark green traveller. Is there anyone out there with one of these beautiful vehicles that could help me make this happen? We live in Hampshire and it really doesn't have to be a long trip.
We are happy to pay for the experience or donate something to a chosen charity.
I would be so grateful to hear from anyone that may be able to help.
Many thanks
Tanya

My 1956 Series 11 Traveller! Bought when I was 17 (1985)....sold 6 years (1991) later......bought back 9 years after that! (2000) With 6 different owners in the middle, what a lucky boy I am!

Hi Phil
We are 20 miles from Winchester near Alton. Where abouts are you in Dorset, we would happily come your way and maybe meet in the New Forest if that helps.

Hello Tanya,
I'm in Farnborough and Alton isn't that far away - I've got an Almond Green 1956 Traveller (originally it would have been Empire Green - a shade darker) - see sig pics.
Regards, George (member of the Surrey & Hants Border Branch).

Hi George
Great to hear from you, it sounds perfect and looks perfect!! Do you have a number I can contact you on to discuss the possibility of getting together when my Aunt is here at the end of the month. If you would rather my number is 07719956435.
Thanks again Tanya
