As you may already be aware, the club is restoring this 1949 lowlight as part of their 40 year celebrations.
It is currently housed at The Practical Classics workshop near Peterborough as we are facilitating the rebuild by club members.
Next Tuesday, the 14th of June, we have a photoshoot in the workshop and would like to invite as many of you along as possible to work on the car, learn or teach, and help move the project forward.
Key tasks for the day will include stripping the shell and flagging back the black body colour paint ready for respray, filler work on the shell and body panels, door bottom welding repair and other general fettling.
There'll be plenty to do and the more the merrier.
