Quorn Station, Great Central Railway

Post by jagnut66 »

Leicestershire Branch Rally
Quorn station, Great Central Railway
21st August
Hi,
Being a steam enthusiast as well as a classic car one, this event appeals to me but where is Quorn Station on the Great Central located?
Many thanks,
Mike.

Found it, so is this is now a retorical question??
Quorn & Woodhouse Station - LE12 8AG

Quickest route looks to be M1 to junction 23 and then on to Woodhouse / Quorn.
Best wishes,
Mike.

Look forward to seeing you there - coming from that direction you will probably see the brown tourist signs for Loughborough GCR Station as well as the stations are quite close by
