You'd think someone selling as a business might give more attention to writing something legible and understandable, instead of coming across as some kid speed messaging on their phone .

English may not be their first language, but you are right about businesses and first impressions. I always find the translations of French menus into English in tourist infested areas France a hoot! I think there is a thread about it on the internet somewhere.

On the topic originally advanced, I can guarantee that the NMP plates we , in Uttlesford are fabricating will look significantly better than that!

PS given the '65 reg would there not have been an 'elephant trunk' heater hose. I cannot see the heater clearly but it looks rather like the earlier Smiths black round one. The glove box covers also look suspiciously 56-59 as well,

May well be that they are not using their language of choice, but it really does read like a teen using predictive text and not bothering to read it before accepting the word given.

Given some of the other quirky motors that have been coming up on fleaBay recently, I guess this one is not a surprise. I think you're right about the early Smiths heater, there appears to be the little rotary knob just in line with the steering column bracket.
The glove box lids might be a bit of pimping, but it's probably a re-registered motor after someone's sold the original number.

I don't think it has a heater at all does it? It might have been removed or it may not have been supplied with one as they were an option.
The hole for the air hose is visible in the bulkhead isn''t it? It looks like a blank on the rear of the cylinder head to me.

As it is a commercial, it wouldn't have had glovebox lids of either the early OR the late type originally. To me it looks like a late dashboard with the early glovebox lids added later on.

I just thought this might be the Heater Knob with the markings on it.
But it could be anything I suppose.

I think they might have got carried away with some of that spray that valeting people use.
Last year I hired a van to move some stuff for my daughter and the rubber floor matting in the cab was so slippery with the stuff I feared my safe use of foot pedals was compromised.
I had to get a soapy cloth and clean it off.
I gave them some right grief when I returned it!

Plenty of bidders, maybe they didn't look at the close up pics, or feedback. Or maybe I'm too synical. I'm sure the documents will be ready when the winner collects.

Personally I would not buy from him also his feedback is low with 3 negatives.

To be fair, a Minor pick-up with 12Months MOT for £3000 would be VERY cheap now so you can't expect too much from it.

I hear what you say but buying blind is daft. An lcv can be a money pit, expand the pictures and you'll see a bit more. No documents either. It may be the camera angle but the rear looks twisted to me, seeing that is another reason why you would normally go and look to see if that is, it fact, the case.
