It's back on the market, the legendary lobster Morris. That would be fun, I'd like that, it's not dear, ah it's in Northumberland. Probably just as well.
Search ebay for Morris Lobster.

Wasn't that built by Henric in Nottingham? I seem to remember them displaying it many years ago.

There is probably a claws in the sale contract ...... (I'll get me coat!) The advert fails to mention that Plod, as I recall, were not amused to see it on the road and deemed it to be unroadworthy and in dangerous condition. They managed to stop it in a pincer movement (sorry again). Their Sergeant, originally from Bangladesh, was a very crusty asian (crustacean) chap. (Ok I'll stop while i'm still alive).

On the DVLA Plate Checker it's on a SORN and it's BLUE!!
Surprised the Plod never pulled it for the registration documents being wrong...

It was blue. They go red when you boil them.

If a bonnet mascot is deemed illegal how would you go on with two massive lobster claws
I think the insurance would take a dim view of insuring anybody maybe modified

Everyone is entitled to their own views, but I can recall it appearing at rallies in the past and it was always the centre of interest, attracting many youngsters and plenty of "ohs" and "aahs". It might have to be trailed there, but there are plenty of stranger looking cars about and whilst I wouldn't want to drive it, I'd welcome seeing it back on the circuit.
