He already survived pancreatic cancer, lets hope he pulls through this illness. An excellent guitarist.

Saw him live some years ago . Walked on , played some great music , walked off ! Great musician but , seemingly , no personality or empathy with his audience !

Lots of great musicians are like that...best not to bother seeing them live. Then, there are other bands that it's worth travelling miles to see.
Not about talent,it's personality and whether they enjoy live gigs. :wink:

I went to see Gordon Giltrap live a few weeks ago, he is an absolutely brilliant performer.
