The car featured in this film, 280 AJO, also appears in Paul Skilleter's book "The world's supreme small car". Clearly a BMC promotional vehicle.
Plenty of other Minors appeared at almost every junction too. Good to see and very entertaining viewing.

I don't subscribe to Facebook so I can't see this. I did however type 'Morris Minor in London' into a YouTube search and came up with a few results from the British Pathe archive, featuring 280AJO. Think they're different edits of the same original footage...?

I've taken a look and the one on Youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iI907E6a75Ipalacebear wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 10:38 am I don't subscribe to Facebook so I can't see this. is basically a 10 minute version of the one on facebook which is barely 3 minutes. The facebook one has some soundtrack which reminds me of the old Sound Effects LPs that the BBC made in the 60's/70's aimed at amateur dramatics groups etc
Traffic Noise (3:00 min)
