Personally, I wouldn't dream of buying a battery from a Morris Minor specialist. A local motor factor will surely be able to help you? Have a look at the thread under electrics for some tips on battery size/fittings/availablity

Europarts has always been good for me. Its local and if you preorder it you can take advantage of significant online discounts.

Just had a bosche battery fail after 3.75 years on a minor of its 4 year guarantee. It was exchanged with no quibble.

I am sure there are others like it. My experience would suggest you can get a better price by preordering

Tayna batteries https://www.tayna.co.uk/ have always given me good service at a good price. No connection with the company other than a customer..... They don't list a particular battery for a minor but have a very clear selection process on size, Ah etc
