Stop complaining and put up with it as female drivers of any car have been doing for years.
Develop good driving skills, know when to accelerate away and when to sweetly smile and wave the idiot on.
Install a good set of airhorns.
Stay cool and stay safe above all.
And if the person with a bright pink Fiat 500 modern thingy who parked so inconsiderately today that I had to do umpteen in and outs back and forth to extricate my car from a marked parking bay is reading this please don't do it again.
