Hi, after much research I have ordered some new tyres, Continental 155 x 70 x 14 77T which come in at £189.48 for four tyres delivered to my house and I will then get my local garage to fit them. I could have got cheaper tyres but I wanted a recognisable name. The aspect ratio is slightly smaller than the normal 80 but will only make a difference of about 3.5 mph at 70mph on the speedo and I can live with that. I have never had my Minor above 60mph anyway! Interesting, please report your impressions when you've had them fitted. Only problem for me would be that I want higher gearing, if anything.

Yes, have admit that even a couple of mph off is worrying when my 948 can barely get to 60mph anyway......
