MOWOG Special.

Any information on Bill Turnbull's MOWOG Special sports racing car would be gratefully received.
I have a photo of it in action at Bowness in 1960 and would like to know more about it.

I would love to do so but the picture is featured in the 'Uphill Racers' book page 159 and currently I do not have the facility to scan.
